Pool Surfaces mixes only inorganic iron, cobalt, and chrome oxides as pigments that will not fade from exposure to chlorine.

Warning:

7 out of our 11 competing manufacturers of pool plaster products in the United States including NPT and Pebble Tec use organic Phthalocyanine Blue BN in their pool finishes in order to save money. The blue in their finishes gets destroyed almost immediately by exposure to chlorinated water.
